Dr. John H. WHITENACK, a former resident of Crawfordsville, who will be remembered here as the owner of the Crawford House drug store for a number of years, died at Indianapolis on Monday morning. He was stricken with apoplexy while at work in the Mooney-Mueller wholesale drug house, where he was employed as superintendent of the pharMaceutical department. He died in a private ambulance while being taken to his home at 1566 Ashland avenue. He was 63 years of age. A widow, Mrs. Margaret Whitenack, and two daughters, Miss Gertrude of Indianapolis and Mrs. Harold BALDWIN of Berkeley, Cal., survive. The time of the funeral will depend upon the arrival of Mrs. Baldwin from California. Dr. Whitenack belonged to Pentalpha Lodge, No. 564, F & A M.
